What is this role?

We are seeking a Regulatory Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a management-level position that offers flexibility, as it can be performed on a hybrid basis for those near Riverton or Salt Lake City, or remotely from anywhere. You will play a vital role in ensuring our products align with FDA, FTC, and DSHEA requirements while reporting directly to the Vice President of Sourcing and Vendor Relations.

What will you do?

• Take charge of regulatory oversight by ensuring all formulations, ingredient sourcing, and marketing claims meet strict FDA, FTC, and cGMP standards.
• Manage the lifecycle of product documentation, which includes preparing regulatory dossiers, handling NDI submissions, and maintaining essential supplier records like Certificates of Analysis.
• Collaborate across departments, including product development, marketing, and legal, to provide expert risk assessments and guidance on new product feasibility and promotional strategies.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in regulatory affairs within the food, pharmaceutical, or supplement industries. We value candidates who possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Food Science or Nutrition, though a master's degree or RAC certification is a plus. You should be highly skilled in interpreting complex regulations and translating them into clear, actionable business advice. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally detail-oriented, comfortable managing projects, and capable of communicating effectively in English across various internal teams.
