We are looking for a dedicated Registration Platform Administrator to join our Digital Solutions team. At Routes, we sit at the heart of the aviation industry, organizing world-renowned networking events across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Beyond our major forums, we provide critical market data and route development insights through our online platform, Routes 360, and our industry-leading publication, Routes Magazine. What you'll be doing
- You will manage the end-to-end registration process for our delegates, ensuring that all contracts and records are handled with precision and efficiency.
- You will act as a key point of contact for the commercial team, supporting sales efforts by resolving delegate queries, maintaining accurate data in our systems, and ensuring all published information is correct.
- You will oversee the invoicing and online payment cycle, working closely with our finance and credit control departments to manage outstanding debts and provide regular revenue reporting.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in administration or financial operations, along with a strong aptitude for data management. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a data-intensive role, with a strong ability to perform trend analysis and manipulate data to provide actionable insights.
- Competency in CRM and database management, with familiarity in Salesforce being a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with international customers and collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across different departments.
- A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively while supporting multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in an on-site work environment within the United Kingdom.
