Endgame Systems, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elastic, provides specialized consulting services for government agencies with high-security needs. We are looking for a Regional Vice President to drive our growth strategy and lead business development efforts within the Public Sector and Department of Defense region.
Responsibilities
- Master our technology platform, product messaging, partner ecosystem, and the competitive landscape.
- Own the creation of sales plans, compensation structures, and customer segmentation strategies.
- Lead from the front to ensure your team meets and exceeds assigned sales quotas using our established methodology.
- Cultivate a culture of transparency, teamwork, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and the open source community.
- Travel as needed to support your team, assist in deal closures, and manage operations.
- Collaborate with the broader Elastic leadership team to provide a seamless experience for our customers.
Must-haves
- Proven history of leading teams to exceed sales objectives in a fast-paced, technical environment.
- Current Secret Clearance.
- Demonstrated success in the Public Sector, specifically with Department of Defense customers.
- Strong background in SaaS sales leadership.
- Established executive-level relationships with key accounts.
- The ability to thrive and operate effectively in an entrepreneurial setting.
- Fluency in English.
