We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Regional Vice President of Franchise Development. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our franchise growth, managing the entire sales process within your assigned region. Because we provide all of your leads, you can focus entirely on building relationships and closing deals without the need for cold calling. While this is a remote position, you will need to be based in California and be prepared to travel up to 50 percent of the time to meet with prospective franchisees and represent our brand at industry events.

What you'll be doing

  • You will manage the full sales lifecycle for new and resale franchises, from the initial point of contact through to the final closing.
  • You will cultivate strong partnerships with prospective franchisees by conducting store tours, presenting our brand offerings, and coordinating discovery days.
  • You will analyze regional sales data and collaborate with our leadership team to ensure our growth strategies align with our broader organizational objectives.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least five years of experience in sales, franchising, or business development. You must be a clear communicator who is comfortable working with diverse groups of people. We expect you to be highly proficient with Microsoft Office, various CRM platforms, and modern scheduling tools. Because this role involves significant travel, you must hold a valid driver’s license, maintain current automobile insurance, and possess a credit card with an available limit to cover reimbursable travel expenses. You should also be prepared to apply critical thinking and persuasion skills to navigate complex negotiations and solve problems effectively.

What you'll get
