The role

We are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis in the Netherlands. This is a pivotal role where you will drive the success of our stores by translating our broader company strategy into actionable results. You will be the driving force behind our regional performance, ensuring that our commitment to fashion and customer service remains at the forefront of every location.

Core responsibilities

  • Leadership and Coaching: You will mentor and motivate our shop managers, helping them develop their skills to provide top-tier customer service and drive sales performance.
  • Strategic Execution: You will be responsible for crafting and implementing a regional strategy that aligns with our overarching business goals, ensuring we consistently meet our targets.
  • Performance Management: You will monitor key metrics and store performance, providing timely guidance and adjustments to ensure we achieve our revenue objectives.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of commercial insight and a genuine passion for fashion retail. We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • An HBO level of education and professional thinking.
  • Proven experience in a leadership position within the retail sector, with a preference for candidates who have a background in fashion.
  • Strong analytical skills and a sharp commercial mindset.
  • A hands-on approach with excellent communication abilities in both English and Dutch.
  • The flexibility to travel throughout your assigned region.

Compensation and benefits
