About the Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for hitting our regional sales targets by leading and mentoring our sales team. You will play a vital role in developing growth strategies for existing clients, securing new business, and managing project pricing to ensure we win major contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and supervision to four District Sales Managers within your assigned territory.
- Drive the sales of our products by building strong, multi-level relationships with our representative agencies and distribution partners.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities, monitor competitive threats, and manage SG&A budgets effectively.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in sales and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Between 5 and 10 years of field sales experience, ideally with industrial manufactured products.
- 3 to 5 years of experience leading teams in an external sales environment.
- A solid understanding of strategic planning, project management, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Residency in the mid-west region of the United States, with a preference for candidates based in Chicago or near a major airport.
- A willingness to travel throughout the territory, which includes North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa.

This is an on-site position based in the United States, specifically covering the mid-west region.
