Our team merges deep technical knowledge with a drive for innovation, and we are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join us on a full-time basis. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business prospects within the industrial, logistics, and manufacturing sectors to expand our footprint.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, which includes everything from initial prospecting and qualification to high-level negotiation and closing.
  • Work in tandem with our engineering and product teams to create tailored proposals and demonstrations that effectively address specific customer challenges.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the fields of industrial automation or robotics.
  • A solid grasp of automation workflows, robotics integration, and the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, negotiation, and professional presentations.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A proactive, self-motivated mindset that thrives in the fast-paced environment of a startup.

What we offer

We provide a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 to $150,000, supplemented by uncapped target-based incentives. Beyond the base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and long-term success.
