As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to oversee our West Coast territory. This is a remote role that requires significant travel, allowing you to represent our culture and values while driving growth across the region.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory sales plan to acquire new business and achieve revenue targets across multiple states.
- Utilize our CRM system to maintain accurate customer data and provide valuable market intelligence to our internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and technical support.
- Build long-term partnerships by identifying customer pain points and delivering tailored solutions that emphasize the high value and return on investment of our product line.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in sales and management, specifically within the power systems or heavy equipment mining industries. We are looking for someone who demonstrates the following:
- A Bachelor's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a sales-focused role.
- Proficiency in solution selling techniques and the ability to manage complex sales cycles from initial qualification to final account management.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn our product line quickly to effectively educate customers on service, warranties, and technical support.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage your own travel schedule and prioritize market opportunities efficiently.
- Fluency in English and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel 60% to 75% of the time.
