Key outcomes
- Own an assigned territory with a focus on acquiring new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts.
- Build detailed business cases that demonstrate clear value and differentiation at every level of a customer or prospect organization.
- Work alongside Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Value Consulting, and Transformation teams to advance opportunities through the full sales cycle.
- Generate consistent pipeline through new techniques, joint field marketing programs, trade shows, and top-tier channel partners including VARs and SIs.
- Close business by applying disciplined planning, preparation, and a consultative approach to solving real customer problems.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience selling enterprise technology, with emphasis on SaaS and disruptive networking solutions; a background in security is advantageous.
- Proven record of exceeding targets, securing net-new logos, and effectively leveraging channel partnerships.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, SaaS platforms, .NET environments, ServiceNow, and channel partnership models.
- Fluency in English.
- Manager-level experience in a full-time, on-site capacity within the United States.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong focus on pipeline generation and opportunity progression, supported by meticulous planning and preparation.
- Readiness to accept coaching and follow a structured sales process from start to finish.
- Demonstrated success working collaboratively with internal teams, partners, and colleagues to win deals.
- Preference for an in-the-field approach that includes meeting customers and prospects face-to-face whenever possible.
Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time position is $112,500 to $125,000 USD. This figure excludes commission, bonus, and equity, which may be offered in addition to the base salary.
