What you bring
As a Regional Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by driving new business and managing relationships within the cybersecurity and IoT sectors. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates located anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities across key verticals such as medical devices, automotive, and critical infrastructure.
- Managing complex, multi-stage sales cycles while utilizing Salesforce to maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast revenue with discipline.
- Collaborating closely with our Solutions Engineering and Product teams to deliver technical validations, demonstrations, and proofs of value that highlight our expertise in solution selling and MEDDPICC methodologies.
Requirements
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least five years of experience in B2B sales, specifically targeting technical audiences like DevOps, Engineering, and Application Security teams. You should have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing large enterprise deals. A strong understanding of IoT, embedded systems, and technical concepts like SBOMs or binary analysis is essential for success in this role. We value candidates who are comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and who thrive in the fast-paced, collaborative environment of an early-stage company. Proficiency in English is required, and we look for individuals who embody a growth mindset and a commitment to transparency and accountability.
