We are looking for a dedicated Regional Sales Director to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis within the United States. Our company focuses on providing the Purchasing Power program, and you will play a key role in expanding our reach by building strong partnerships with brokers and employers.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of meeting or exceeding all departmental sales targets and objectives.
- Develop new broker relationships and convert them into active partners by securing new employer clients.
- Provide training and motivation to brokers to ensure they are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about our program.
- Clearly articulate the value of our program features to both brokers and potential employer clients.
- Continuously identify and penetrate new broker segments to grow our network.
- Manage the transition of activated broker accounts to our internal account management team.
- Represent the Purchasing Power program with accuracy and enthusiasm during sales pitches.
- Pursue direct employer client opportunities when they arise.
- Maintain a travel schedule estimated at 50 to 75 percent of your time.
Must-haves
- Proven experience in sales and sales management.
- Strong background in HR and benefits consulting.
- Demonstrated ability in training and team development.
- Fluency in English.
