The role
We are looking for a Senior Regional Officer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who is ready to drive student conversions and oversee regional operations. You will serve as the primary link between our internal business units and our network of channel partners, requiring you to travel regularly to foster growth and maintain high standards of engagement across your assigned territory.
Core responsibilities
- Partner Engagement: Conduct daily visits to channel partners to provide hands-on assistance, resolve queries, and drive student conversion targets within your specific region.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline the student referral process by identifying bottlenecks, ensuring service quality, and training partner staff on our standard operating procedures.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between channel partners and our head office business units to ensure partners have access to the specialized knowledge and support needed to serve students effectively.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Approximately 4 to 7 years of experience, preferably within the overseas education sector or an allied field.
- A strong background in sales and operations, with a proven ability to manage and grow relationships with channel partners.
- Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of the local language.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A deep commitment to customer service and an eye for detail to ensure operational success.
- Preference will be given to candidates who are native to the city or state where the role is based.
