Role at a glance

We are seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a mid-level position open to candidates located anywhere, though it requires the ability to travel up to 40% of the time to oversee activations, support store leaders, and engage with our communities in the field.

Your impact

• Develop and execute localized marketing strategies that drive sales growth, boost brand awareness, and foster meaningful connections within your assigned markets.
• Partner closely with store leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless implementation of marketing playbooks and national campaigns.
• Manage regional marketing budgets and conduct local competitive analysis to ensure our brand remains relevant and responsive to evolving market trends.

What you'll need

• Three to four years of professional experience in marketing, brand management, and community engagement.
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to handle budgets and track expenses effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• A strategic mindset, a high level of attention to detail, and a willingness to travel regularly to support our expansion efforts.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
