Role at a glance
We are seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Central and Northern California. This is a full-time, junior-level position that operates on a hybrid schedule. You will spend your time supporting our regional marketing, leasing, and resident retention initiatives, which includes local travel up to three days per week.
Your impact
- Manage and audit online marketing channels for multiple properties to ensure all content, including pricing, remains accurate and up to date.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, including report generation, calendar management, and team training coordination.
- Draft creative copy for advertisements, social media, and internet listings while monitoring digital trends to help us stay ahead of the curve.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a strong grasp of English. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates holding an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- One to three years of relevant coordination experience, ideally within the residential property management sector.
- Proficiency in computer systems, specifically web-based applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
- A customer-centric mindset and a solid foundation in direct marketing principles.
