The role
We are looking for a Senior Regional Marketer to join our team in a full-time, field-based capacity. This position serves as a vital bridge between our headquarters and the regional market, focusing on commercial engagement with key opinion leaders in the psychiatry space. You will work within the Central Region, which covers Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa, and you must reside within this geography to be considered for the role.
Core responsibilities
- Act as a primary liaison to key opinion leaders, building engagement plans and influence maps to facilitate a productive dialogue between these experts and our organization.
- Lead the development and execution of peer-to-peer speaker programs, including identifying and coaching speakers to ensure high-quality, compliant promotional education.
- Support our broader brand strategy by gathering actionable marketplace insights, facilitating advisory boards, and collaborating with cross-functional partners in sales, medical affairs, and market access.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically within the CNS space. We require the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree considered a plus.
- At least 5 to 7 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical product marketing, thought leader engagement, or field sales management.
- Proven expertise in managing large geographical territories and building relationships with both academic and community-based healthcare professionals.
- Strong project management abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.
- A willingness to travel 50% to 70% of the time by air or car.
Compensation and benefits
The anticipated salary range for this position is $160,000 to $190,000. Final offers are determined based on a variety of factors, including your specific experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, we provide a comprehensive employment package that includes:
