Regional Clinical Development Manager at Calyxo

We are Calyxo, Inc., a medical device company based in Pleasanton, California, dedicated to transforming the treatment of kidney stone disease. Since our founding in 2016, we have focused on developing innovative solutions for this common and painful condition. We are currently looking for a Regional Clinical Development Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Clinical Specialists and independent contractors to ensure the tactical execution of clinical objectives and provide support during procedures.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive clinical education programs for sales teams, marketing staff, surgeons, and operating room personnel to drive exceptional patient outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, and Regulatory departments to provide clinical input on new product development, market acceptance testing, and the creation of training materials.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of experience in clinical professional training or surgical environments.
• Proven clinical mastery with surgical devices, with specific experience in urology being highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining a professional work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and the ability to edit and develop surgical training videos.
• The ability to travel up to 90% of the time, including overnight stays, and the ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

We provide a comprehensive compensation package that includes a $180,000 base salary, a $20,000 variable bonus, a $9,600 car allowance, and an $1,800 annual allowance for cell phone and internet expenses. Additionally, you will receive:
