The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Regional Account Executive to join our team and help us expand our footprint. This is a high-agency, remote-first role that requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep respect for the public servants we support. You will own the full sales cycle for your territory, acting as the primary driver for planning and outcomes. Because we value building genuine relationships with our partners, you should be prepared to spend up to 50% of your time traveling across the East Coast for conferences, onsite demonstrations, and team sessions in New York City.
A day in the life
- You will lead the entire sales process, from initial outbound prospecting and creative account entry to managing proposals and closing complex contracts.
- You will conduct high-impact, tailored product demonstrations that speak directly to the pain points of public sector leaders and showcase the value of our evolving platform.
- You will collaborate closely with our internal teams, including design and engineering, to share customer feedback and help shape the future of our product roadmap.
Who you are
You are a seasoned sales professional with 4 to 7 years of experience, ideally within a high-growth startup or the SLED sector. You possess a proven track record of closing enterprise deals and are comfortable demoing software independently. You are scrappy, self-directed, and thrive on building relationships through storytelling. We value high emotional intelligence and a humble approach to teamwork. Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo is essential to your success in this role.
