We are looking for a seasoned leader to join our Refund Disputes team and help us maintain excellence in our customer operations. Our company specializes in supporting restaurants by managing complex refund disputes and chargebacks, ensuring that our clients receive the service they deserve. What is this role?

This is a full-time, remote position for a Senior-level Team Lead based in India. You will be responsible for overseeing our dispute analysts and ensuring that our processes remain accurate and efficient. Because we support clients in international markets, you will need to be comfortable working during US Eastern Time hours.

What will you do?

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of dispute analysts to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
• Oversee the entire dispute process by auditing cases, verifying data accuracy, and identifying gaps in our recovery efforts.
• Manage client relationships by handling the onboarding process, resolving queries, and providing detailed reports using Google Sheets.

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a related field, with at least 4 years spent in a leadership or management position.
• A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in managing data within Google Sheets.
• Fluency in English.
• Experience working with US markets is considered a significant advantage.
• The ability to work during US Eastern Time hours and maintain a reliable personal system setup for remote work.
