Are you ready to help shape the future of digital finance at a global leader in crypto market data? Since 2014, Kaiko has been providing essential data products, analytics, and index solutions to financial institutions worldwide. With a growing team of over 80 professionals across New York, London, Paris, and Singapore, we are dedicated to building the infrastructure that powers the digital economy. We invite you to join our mission as we continue to scale and innovate.
What you bring
We are looking for a mid-level Recruitment & HR Associate to join our team on a full-time basis in the United States. This role is a hybrid position that balances talent acquisition with core HR operations to ensure our team continues to thrive. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for technical, product, and revenue-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interview processes.
- Overseeing essential HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
- Maintaining accurate HRIS data and supporting the daily administrative needs of our office environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or people operations, ideally within a fast-paced startup or tech environment. You should possess a solid understanding of US employment processes and have a proven ability to multitask across different functional areas. Because we operate globally, excellent English communication skills are required. We are looking for someone who is comfortable building relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike, and having a genuine interest in the crypto or blockchain space is a significant advantage. A background in sourcing engineering and product talent is strongly preferred.
What we offer
We provide a supportive and entrepreneurial environment where you will have the autonomy to make a real impact. Our benefits package is designed to support your health, well-being, and professional growth:
- Comprehensive medical insurance and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
- Generous paid time off, including 21 vacation days, 5 sick days, and federal holidays.
- Opportunities for connection through company retreats and team events.
- A flexible hybrid work arrangement and necessary hardware to get the job done.
How to Apply
If you are excited about the prospect of joining a growing fintech company, we would love to hear from you. Please submit your CV along with a short letter explaining why you are a great fit for this role and why you want to be part of the Kaiko team. Please ensure your application materials are written in English, as it is our primary working language. We look forward to reviewing your background and potentially welcoming you to our recruitment process.
