We are looking for a motivated student to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator Intern in Indonesia. At GoTo, we operate as a leading brand in Southeast Asia, and our Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in our growth. Since our start in 2009, we have expanded from just six employees to a global workforce of over 3,000 people. What is this role?
This is an internship position designed for a student who wants to dive into the fast-paced world of talent acquisition. You will work on-site, gaining hands-on experience that will provide a strong foundation for a future career in human resources or recruiting. You will be immersed in our dynamic startup culture, learning how to manage the complexities of hiring while representing a major regional brand.
What will you do?
- Help our team streamline the recruitment timeline by managing daily interview schedules and ensuring candidates move through our selection process efficiently.
- Take ownership of a significant project that improves our team's overall productivity or effectiveness, allowing you to demonstrate your critical thinking and initiative.
- Use data analysis to monitor our hiring process, identify potential bottlenecks, and suggest improvements to help us work smarter.
