We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Human Resources Officer Apprentice to join our team in France for an internship. This role is perfect for a student eager to immerse themselves in the fast-paced world of international recruitment and generalist HR support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, including permanent positions, fixed-term contracts, and internships, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels, such as job boards and professional networks, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Provide comprehensive support to the HR Manager on generalist tasks, including onboarding, administrative management, and advising hiring managers on labor regulations and company agreements.
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a higher education program, such as a Master’s degree in business, human resources, or a university equivalent.
- You possess a fluent level of English, with a B2 certification required to thrive in our multicultural environment.
- You are a proactive, curious, and solution-oriented individual who enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- A previous internship or apprenticeship experience in recruitment or HR is considered a significant asset.
- This position is exclusively available as an apprenticeship contract.
