About the Role
We are searching for a Recruiting Sourcer to join us on a 3-month contract basis. This is a junior-level position where you will play a vital role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent. You will use your creative sourcing skills to connect with experts across various digital marketing disciplines, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and various job boards.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging talent pools and stay current on industry trends within the digital marketing landscape.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain a robust, diverse pipeline of qualified applicants.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally within a digital marketing or tech-focused environment.
- A solid grasp of digital marketing roles and the terminology used within the industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools, including Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset for finding the right talent.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from most states within the United States. While we offer the flexibility of working from home, we also maintain office hubs in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles where you are welcome to collaborate in person and participate in development events.
Compensation and Benefits
