What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join us on a contractor basis. This role is essential to our talent acquisition strategy, and you will work in a hybrid capacity from anywhere. Your primary focus will be supporting our recruiting operations to ensure we continue to attract top-tier talent. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end scheduling process for both virtual and onsite candidate interviews.
- Maintaining our internal recruitment systems, including building out templates, feedback forms, and managing interview loops.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and agencies regarding all recruitment coordination efforts.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a calm and positive demeanor. We are looking for someone who has significant experience working within an Applicant Tracking System, with a strong preference for those familiar with Greenhouse. You must be comfortable managing high-volume scheduling in a fast-paced startup environment and possess the ability to drive projects from start to finish. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required, along with a high level of integrity when handling sensitive information. A background in project management and a willingness to tackle ad hoc recruiting tasks will make you an ideal candidate for our team.
What we offer
We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of 83,000 USD to 89,000 USD for this position. In addition to our compensation package, you will enjoy the following perks:
