About the Role
We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for a full-time, hybrid position. This role is essential to our talent acquisition efforts, as you will serve as a primary point of contact for candidates and help shape their first impressions of our organization. You will act as an organizational expert, working closely with hiring managers to ensure our recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end interview process by scheduling phone screens and interviews, while also arranging travel logistics for candidates when necessary.
- Serve as a power user for our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, to maintain accurate candidate records, audit job postings, and track key recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate with recruiters and business partners to develop effective interview strategies and ensure a world-class experience for every candidate.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- At least one year of experience in scheduling or coordination, with three or more years preferred.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft O365 suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience using Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, high attention to detail, and a strong customer-service mindset.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in the United States, with a requirement to work from our office in Durham, NC several days each week.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $40,000 to $120,000. In addition to base pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
