By leveraging industry-leading AI, we help over 120,000 customers across sectors like transportation, logistics, and manufacturing simplify their workflows and improve safety. We are seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our remote team in the United States and help us build exceptional organizations.

Responsibilities

Manage the scheduling of phone and video interviews within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Take ownership of the candidate interview lifecycle by collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
Deliver top-tier customer service to ensure every candidate has a positive and professional experience.
Maintain accurate and timely records of candidate progress using our Applicant Tracking Systems and other administrative tools.
Provide ongoing support for various recruiting-related tasks to keep our operations running smoothly.

Must-haves

At least one year of professional experience in recruiting coordination.
Exceptional project management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven talent for influencing others and building trust.
A flexible, gritty mindset that allows you to thrive while solving complex challenges in a fast-paced setting.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Prior experience working with Greenhouse or Prelude.
