The role
We are searching for an extraordinary Recruiting Coordination Lead to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-time, remote leadership position designed for a professional with significant experience in recruiting and team management. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our coordination team, ensuring that we continue to deliver a best-in-class experience for every candidate who interacts with our organization.
Core responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Recruiting Coordinators by managing their performance, removing daily obstacles, and conducting regular check-ins to support their professional growth.
- Analyze team metrics to balance workloads effectively and evaluate candidate experience survey scores to identify and implement meaningful process improvements.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to drive high-impact projects, streamline operational workflows, and ensure our processes scale successfully alongside our company growth.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of the recruiting function and a passion for operational excellence. We look for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in recruiting coordination.
- Proven leadership experience of at least 1 year, demonstrating your ability to manage performance and scale teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and planning skills, combined with the ability to thrive in a constantly evolving workplace.
- A track record of identifying inefficiencies and launching successful process improvements.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation and benefits
