About the Role

We are hiring a Recruiting Assistant Sourcer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this junior-level position, you will play a vital role in our hiring pipeline by managing administrative tasks and supporting our Recruitment Manager to ensure our talent acquisition process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of posting job advertisements across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while preparing all necessary documentation, including screening tests and interview questions.
• Maintain our internal candidate database and provide regular reports to the Recruitment Manager regarding interview progress and candidate status.

Requirements
