About the Role
We are hiring a Recruiting Assistant Sourcer to join us in a full-time capacity. In this junior-level position, you will play a vital role in our hiring pipeline by managing administrative tasks and supporting our Recruitment Manager to ensure our talent acquisition process runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end process of posting job advertisements across various platforms to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews while preparing all necessary documentation, including screening tests and interview questions.
- Maintain our internal candidate database and provide regular reports to the Recruitment Manager regarding interview progress and candidate status.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and traits:
- Strong communication skills, as you will be the primary point of contact for many prospective candidates.
- A highly organized approach to work with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well within a team environment.
