The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our headquarters in London on a full-time basis. This role is about more than just filling positions. It is about taking complete ownership of our talent strategy and becoming an expert in the field. You will work closely with our founders to build our team, ensuring that our internal growth remains as dynamic as the businesses we create. A day in the life

• You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from creating detailed role profiles and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and planning assessments.
• You will act as an ambassador for our company, building a strong employer brand that attracts both high-profile candidates and hidden gems.
• You will take the lead on refining and automating our existing recruiting and onboarding workflows to ensure we are always operating at our best.
