Eklego is looking for a Recruiter to join our team of smart, collaborative and passionate professionals! Simply put, an Eklego Recruiter will attract and vet talent to provide our clients with the best choice of hires to build & sustain their mission-minded workforce.
What you’ll do here:
- Provide outstanding candidate, hiring manager and HR partner experience while maintaining a high sense of urgency
- Understand each clients’ unique staffing and recruitment needs
- Screen resumes and conduct phone and/or video interviews
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, desire and culture fit for our partner organizations
- Source both passive and active candidates to develop a pipeline of talent
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with Hiring Managers
- Perform appropriate reference and background checks
- Maintain data integrity in all programs, including Applicant Tracking System(s).
