What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the United States. In this role, you will act as a key partner in our talent acquisition efforts, ensuring that our clients are connected with candidates who are not just qualified, but also a perfect fit for their specific organizational culture.
What will you do?
- You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle by sourcing both active and passive candidates to build a robust talent pipeline.
- You will screen resumes and conduct thorough interviews to evaluate a candidate's skills, experience, and overall alignment with our clients' goals.
- You will serve as a primary point of contact for hiring managers and HR partners, ensuring a seamless and urgent hiring process while maintaining accurate data in our tracking systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Human Resources and talent acquisition. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with the following:
- Expertise in talent sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates.

- Fluency in English to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and our internal team.
