At Arc’teryx, we are driven by a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to sustainability. We are currently seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our People and Culture department. In this remote, full-time role, you will be a vital partner to our North American retail leadership, helping us attract and acquire top talent while shaping our recruitment strategies. You will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with a global team dedicated to maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Key outcomes
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for our North American retail stores, ensuring our hiring aligns with our broader organizational talent strategy.
- Source, interview, and evaluate candidates to provide informed hiring recommendations to business leaders.
- Educate store managers on best practices to ensure a fair, unbiased, and effective selection process.
- Develop data-driven recruitment strategies in partnership with our Talent Systems Specialist to address the specific needs of our retail locations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and manage postings within our applicant tracking system, Lever.
- Advocate for candidate transparency throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and professional experience.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to facilitate a seamless onboarding process for all new hires.
- Contribute to long-term recruitment planning, employer branding initiatives, and ongoing process improvements to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within retail or high-volume environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute customized recruitment strategies while working autonomously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a customer-service mindset and the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities, including the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a flexible, adaptable attitude when navigating ambiguous situations.
