About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team on a 12-month contractor basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and securing top-tier talent across the APAC region, with a specific focus on the Japanese market. You will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, helping us find creative, high-impact individuals who will thrive within our unique and innovative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract elite technical talent, including engineers and operational staff, specifically within the Japanese market.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating the onboarding of new team members.
- Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring priorities and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition while maintaining a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience.
- Full professional fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Proven success working within distributed or global teams, with the ability to navigate different cultures and time zones effectively.
- A high level of adaptability and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift.
Location
This position is a hybrid role based in any of the following locations: Japan, Korea, Taiwan, or Singapore.
