About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join us on a full-time basis. This role is essential to our global recruiting efforts, where you will focus on identifying and connecting with premier talent for both technical and non-technical positions. You will work closely with our hiring managers to build diverse pipelines and ensure we continue to attract top-tier professionals who align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the recruiting team to define hiring needs and source candidates across product, engineering, and data operations departments.
- Utilize platforms like Greenhouse and LinkedIn to engage both passive and active candidates, while conducting initial phone screens to assess their suitability for our open roles.
- Maintain high standards for data integrity within our applicant tracking system and stay informed on market insights to influence our overall hiring strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or sourcing, ideally with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles within the APAC region.
- A strong ability to build meaningful relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Deep knowledge of talent markets, employment regulations, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting is highly preferred.
Location
This position is based in India, specifically at our office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune.
