What you bring

As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a vital role in our full-time, on-site team. You will be the first point of contact for many of our applicants, ensuring they feel supported and informed from their first interaction with us. Your work will focus on Human Resources, Database Management, Coordination, and Communication. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Managing candidate outreach to ensure high attendance rates for interviews and training sessions.
• Maintaining our candidate database by updating statuses, logging calls, and keeping accurate records of all interactions.
• Articulating the unique advantages of working with our company and tailoring your communication to meet the specific needs of each candidate.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable with Database Management and have strong Communication skills. We value candidates who are organized, proactive, and capable of coordinating complex schedules. Proficiency in English is required for this position. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, stays informed about our company news, and works collaboratively with our HR team to reach our recruitment goals.
