About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in our London headquarters. In this role, you will act as a key player in our growth by taking full ownership of our recruitment strategy, allowing you to develop deep expertise while working closely with our founders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial role profiling and candidate sourcing to screening, assessment planning, and conducting interviews.
• Develop a compelling employer brand to attract a wide range of talent, including both high-profile candidates and those who are less visible in the market.
• Lead the ongoing improvement and automation of our recruiting workflows and collaborate with management to refine our onboarding processes.

Requirements
