We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join us on-site at our client partner location, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping their workforce and culture.

The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter who thrives on a consultative, process-driven approach. In this full-time role, you will be the primary point of contact for our client, managing the full recruitment lifecycle for their specific staffing needs. While we have a strong preference for someone with expertise in the Light/Industrial sector, we welcome applicants who bring a solid background in general staffing. You will be instrumental in ensuring our client has the reliable, skilled team members they need to succeed every single day.

A day in the life

• You will lead recruitment efforts for a variety of light industrial positions, including roles such as Warehouse Workers and Truss Assemblers.
• You will manage the logistics of the hiring process by scheduling interviews for hiring managers to ensure a seamless experience for all parties.
• You will get out into the community to represent our client, actively participating in networking events and local job fairs to build a strong pipeline of talent.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional who understands the nuances of high-volume staffing. You communicate clearly and effectively in English, and you are comfortable working in an on-site environment within the United States. You possess a deep understanding of Human Resources and Recruitment best practices, and you are naturally skilled at Networking to find the best candidates. Your ability to manage complex Scheduling tasks while maintaining a consultative relationship with hiring managers is what sets you apart.
