What you'll be doing

• You will lead the end-to-end recruitment of wind turbine technicians, focusing on rapid turnaround times to meet our sales requests and project demands.
• You will manage and grow our candidate database by utilizing social media, advertising campaigns, and proactive outreach to ensure we have a pipeline of skilled talent ready for future work.
• You will act as a key partner to our internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Operations teams, to align recruitment strategies with business needs and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for building effective teams. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Three to five years of professional recruitment experience, ideally within the wind industry or a similar technical field.
• Proven ability to handle volume recruitment in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and candidates alike.
• A self-starting mindset with the resilience and commercial awareness needed to manage your own workload and think creatively.
• Fluency in English and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service and process efficiency.
