What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based out of our Mountain View headquarters, where you will be expected to work onsite three days per week. You will play a vital role in shaping our workforce by managing the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse range of technical and non-technical positions.

What will you do?

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the best talent for our growing teams.
• Actively source passive candidates through various channels and manage our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, to ensure a smooth and organized workflow.
• Coordinate the entire candidate journey, from initial screening and interview scheduling to facilitating technical assessments and ensuring a high-quality experience for every applicant.

To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of the United States labor market. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a tech startup or a multinational company environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency using the Greenhouse ATS platform.
• A proven track record of building candidate pipelines and successfully sourcing passive talent.
• Excellent English communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
• Technical literacy or previous experience working alongside engineering teams is considered a significant plus.
