The opportunity

We are looking for an Intermediate Recruiter to join our team for a six-month contract. In this role, you will be the bridge between our studio leaders and the incredible talent needed to build our games. You will take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring that every artist, engineer, designer, and production staff member we bring on board has a seamless and positive experience. Your work will directly influence the growth and success of our studio as we continue to expand our reach.

A day in the life

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the best talent for our art, design, programming, and production teams.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates, utilizing platforms like LinkedIn and industry-specific networks to build a robust pipeline.
• Manage the entire candidate journey, from initial screening and interview coordination to facilitating feedback sessions and guiding candidates through the offer process.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience specifically within the video game industry. You understand the unique rhythm of a game studio and have a proven track record of filling technical, creative, and operational roles. You possess strong stakeholder management skills, allowing you to build trust with hiring managers while juggling multiple searches at once. You are a clear communicator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate data. Fluency in English is required, and you must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
