We are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team in Noida. In this full-time, on-site role, you will help us build our workforce by identifying top talent for both technical and non-technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing candidates for roles like software engineers, data analysts, and project managers.
- Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings across various platforms to attract a diverse pool of applicants.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with both hiring managers and prospective candidates.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring journey by providing consistent updates and clear communication.
- Keep our applicant tracking system organized and ensure all candidate records are accurate.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks, using these insights to refine our hiring strategies.
- Champion our diversity and inclusion efforts by engaging with varied professional communities.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the success of our hiring initiatives.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally with a background in both tech and non-tech hiring.
- A solid grasp of the requirements for various technical and non-technical functions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools.
- Fluency in English.
- The ability to work effectively on your own and as a collaborative team member.
