What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level Recruiter to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Bulgaria, you will operate in a hybrid environment to help us scale our workforce. Your role is essential in managing our employer brand and connecting us with the people who will drive our future success. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both technical and business-focused positions.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to define hiring needs and identify the ideal candidate profiles.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging high-quality talent through various digital channels and professional networks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an in-house setting in the IT or SaaS industry. You must be highly proficient with modern recruiting tools, including advanced LinkedIn search techniques and Boolean operators. We value candidates who possess strong relationship management skills and the maturity to work independently in a dynamic, sometimes unstructured environment. Fluency in English is required. While not mandatory, having a relevant degree, experience in a start-up or scale-up setting, or a genuine interest in technology will be considered a significant advantage.
