EquipmentShare is actively looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. We are a company committed to transforming the construction industry, and we need motivated individuals who are ready to help us scale our operations. This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates located in the Eastern or Central time zones, where you will manage the full-lifecycle recruitment for a variety of critical roles, including heavy equipment mechanics, CDL drivers, and service managers across the country.
Key outcomes
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for an assigned region, serving as the primary expert for your specific roles and market conditions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of their departmental goals and specific job requirements.
- Implement creative sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality passive candidates.
- Oversee the candidate experience from initial resume screening through to interview coordination and final offer negotiations.
- Track and achieve key performance indicators, such as time to fill, cost per hire, and overall quality of hire.
- Maintain accurate records within our database to ensure a clean pipeline of active and passive prospects.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Uphold strict compliance with all legal standards and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our internal hiring processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles, ideally within the construction or operations sectors.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and other candidate messaging systems.
- Practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and productivity software, including the ability to conduct effective boolean searches.
- Demonstrated success in managing interviews across various formats, such as phone, video, and in-person sessions.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Availability for occasional travel, typically less than 10 percent of the time.
Preferred qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field is highly valued.
- Prior experience working with Greenhouse or similar recruitment software.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role is $55,000 to $75,000, depending on your experience and location. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
