Role and Responsibilities

Role: Reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, the TA Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for non-management positions within the company. The TA Specialist supports the hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining the integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Responsibilities:

• Reviews applications and screens candidates.
• Supports the candidate interview process.
• Assists in developing interview procedures/kits and integrates into ATS.
• Manage job descriptions in the ATS and job boards.
• Implements candidate sourcing techniques and strategies to cultivate talent pipelines.
• Build prospect pipeline for future opportunities.
• Maintain templates in email, message, ATS, social media and other platforms.
• Consolidates information and extends offers.
• Represents Talent Acquisition at meetings.
• Collects and analyzes recruitment data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists in performing labor category (LCAT) equivalent analysis and compensation studies.
• Ensures compliance with recruiting policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (This is not a remote job).
• 3-5 years progressive experience in recruitment. Must have at least 1-2 years in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experienced with interviewing sales or various corporate positions.
• Skills in sourcing candidates and building pipelines.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred), Google Suite, hiring platforms (Indeed, Ziprecruiter preferred), and other recruitment tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service, organizational skills and efficiency.
