As we work toward our goal of becoming a national leader in our industry, we are looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join our team and help us build a workforce that values innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities
- Review incoming applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
- Facilitate the interview process and help develop standardized interview kits.
- Manage job postings and descriptions across our Applicant Tracking System and various job boards.
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
- Maintain communication templates across social media, email, and messaging platforms.
- Extend job offers and represent the Talent Acquisition team in company meetings.
- Analyze recruitment data to ensure accuracy and assist with compensation studies.
- Ensure all hiring activities remain compliant with company policies and regulations.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least one to two years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting.
- Ability to work on-site, Monday through Friday, in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience interviewing for sales or corporate roles.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, Google Suite, and major hiring platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Fluency in English.
