Role at a glance

We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is an entry-level role perfect for a student or someone looking to break into the field. While we are based in the United States, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement. You will start with 30 days of in-office training to get you up to speed, after which you will transition to a remote work setup.

Your impact

• Identify and engage top talent to fill key roles within our customer service department.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle while maintaining high standards for candidate communication.
• Coordinate with our internal teams to ensure our hiring needs are met with efficiency and precision.

What you'll need

We provide comprehensive training, but you should bring a strong foundation in the following areas:

• Proficiency in Windows and general computer operations.

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Prior experience in a call center environment is a plus.
