What is this role?

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based at our headquarters in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Because this is an on-site role, you will work directly with our leadership team to support our rapid expansion and help us maintain the high standards of our organization.

What will you do?

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job requisitions, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintain our Applicant Tracking System with detailed notes and monitor hiring needs in coordination with our Talent Directors.
• Facilitate the interview process, coordinate assessments, handle offer negotiations, and oversee the initial stages of onboarding.

• At least two years of recruiting experience, ideally within a high-volume organization.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Software and Microsoft applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, and prior experience in healthcare or dental recruiting is considered a significant plus.
