What you bring

As a mid-level professional in this full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in Bridgewater, New Jersey, you will play a vital role in our talent strategy. You will work closely with our leadership to identify top talent and manage the candidate experience from start to finish. Your core responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting requisitions, sourcing candidates, and conducting initial screenings.
• Maintaining accurate records and workflows within our Applicant Tracking Software to ensure a seamless process for every applicant.
• Coordinating interviews, facilitating assessments, and guiding candidates through the offer and onboarding stages.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings at least two years of high-volume recruiting experience to the table. You should be comfortable navigating Applicant Tracking Software and have a strong grasp of Microsoft applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential, as you will be building relationships with applicants and collaborating with our executive leadership. While a bachelor's degree is preferred, we value your ability to build a healthy pipeline of future leaders and your proactive approach to talent initiatives. Prior experience in the healthcare or dental sectors is considered a significant asset.
