What you bring
This is a full-time, on-site role based in India. As a junior member of our team, you will focus on sourcing and coordination to ensure our recruitment pipeline remains active and efficient. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing candidate sourcing through various channels, including job portals, field outreach, and employee referral programs.
- Coordinating closely with our central team and local partners to maintain a steady flow of qualified applicants.
- Handling the end-to-end interview process, which includes scheduling panels with our business and zonal managers, collecting necessary candidate documentation, and organizing induction sessions.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a solid foundation in human resources practices, specifically regarding sourcing and coordination. We value candidates who are organized, proactive, and capable of acting as a reliable point of contact for our internal managers and external partners. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with our stakeholders. A strong candidate will be comfortable managing walk-in candidates and maintaining accurate records, such as interview feedback forms and dockets, with great attention to detail.
