Our culture is built on transparency, collaboration, and high standards, and we are now looking for a Recruiter to join our remote team and help shape the future of our Core Team.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, senior-level Recruiter position. The role is entirely remote, giving you the freedom to work from any location while supporting both internal hiring and specialized technology recruitment for international projects.
What will you do?
- Own the complete recruitment cycle for Core Team positions, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer stage.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team with technical hiring by identifying and assessing specialized profiles for global client projects.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and employee engagement initiatives while also assisting with People Operations tasks during quieter recruitment periods.

You bring proven experience in recruitment and selection, along with advanced or fluent English that allows you to confidently assess candidates and collaborate across our international environment. You are comfortable conducting competency-based interviews, performing active sourcing, and ensuring every candidate has a positive experience. Portuguese is also part of your language toolkit, and you value transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement.
