The role

We are offering an internship for a Recruiter Intern based in Noida, India. This is an on-site position designed for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. The duration of this internship is 3 to 6 months, providing you with a deep dive into the daily operations of a professional HR department.

Core responsibilities

• Support our full-cycle recruitment efforts, which include sourcing potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing the offer process.
• Take charge of posting our open roles across various job boards, social media channels, and professional recruitment portals.
• Review incoming resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently finished a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. We value candidates who possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine desire to learn.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and benefits
