Job Title: Recruiter Intern
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Location: Noida
Duration: 3 - 6 months
Work Type: Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and extending offers.
- Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, social media, and recruitment portals).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage recruitment-related administrative tasks, including maintaining candidate databases and interview schedules.
- Support the team in organizing recruitment events and employer branding activities.
- Assist in creating job descriptions, job ads, and other recruitment content.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
