The opportunity

We are seeking a Recruiter to join us on an initial 6 to 9-month contract, with the potential for this to evolve into a permanent position. Reporting to our Head of People, you will be the primary engine behind our technical hiring efforts. You will work closely with our leadership to identify top-tier talent, primarily focusing on candidates within European time zones. While your main priority will be filling technical roles across engineering, DevOps, and blockchain development, you will also play a key role in shaping our overall recruitment strategy and ensuring we continue to build a world-class organization.

A day in the life

• You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to final negotiations and offer delivery.
• You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and refine our approach to finding the right candidates.
• You will actively build and nurture a pipeline of high-quality talent, utilizing direct search methods and various platforms to connect with exceptional professionals.

Who you are

You are a mid-level recruitment professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You have a proven track record of success in full-cycle tech recruitment, ideally within a startup setting. You are comfortable navigating technical requirements and possess a strong ability to source candidates through channels like LinkedIn and specialized web3 communities. You are fluent in English, highly organized, and possess a sharp eye for detail. Most importantly, you have a genuine interest in the blockchain space and the drive to deliver results in a remote-first setting.
