Role at a glance
This is a full-time, mid-level position based on-site in the United States. You will be a key player in our HR department, focusing on bringing in top-tier talent and ensuring our internal processes are as efficient and effective as possible.
Your impact
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process by partnering with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process.
- Design and manage the entire candidate experience, from the first point of contact through to a seamless onboarding process.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline that supports our long-term growth.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in Human Resources, talent sourcing, and recruiting. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with onboarding processes and has a deep understanding of modern hiring environments. You must be fluent in English and possess the ability to advise hiring managers on strategy while maintaining a focus on legal compliance and data-driven improvements.
